The area is divided <br />orado River and U.S. Interstate Highway 70, and is <br />ollowing land: Sections 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, <br />6th P.M.; Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, and 14, T115, R98W <br />and 18, T11S, R97W, 6th P.M.; and Sections 1 and 2 <br />The approval decision is based on a finding that the mining operation will comply <br />with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. <br />1973, as amended, 34-33-101 et sec., and the regulations promulgated pursuant to <br />the act. <br />Stipulations have been included in the approval to ensure environmental protection <br />by the surface coal mining operation. Copies of the proposed decision including <br />the stipulations, are available for inspection at the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Division, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, <br />(303) 866-3567. Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected <br />by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board on the proposed decision. Such requests must be made within <br />30 days of the first publication, be in writing, and state with reasonable <br />specificity the reason for the request and the objection to the proposed decision. <br />
