1

' Date:
19 May 1998
Residence: Stoddazd Residence
1805 Moffat County Rd. 35
Craig, Colorado
Description: 2-story composite sided home with a metal roof
Type of Work: Interior Inspection
Note: The interior is still under construction but the drywall is installed.
Downstairs -South-most Room
South Wall
The wall is sheetrocked and painted. There are six windows and a door. The windows are
installed but they do not have any trim or molding. The door is a metal door framed in wood,
without trim. The floor is plywood, without carpet. The ceilings are sheetrocked and painted.
Around the door frame, there are various sepazations because the trim has not been installed. The
south left-hand side of the door, along the bottom, there is 1/8" crack to the doorknob then it
becomes a hairline crack. On the right-hand side, there is 1/4" separation from the floor up to the
top of the electrical box, where if becomes 1/8" crack. The door frame, on the bottom right by
the hinge of the door, there is a vertical crack clear across the frame. The bottom splice of door
the wood frame is split and torn away.
To the right of the door, looking south, is a large electrical control panel. It basically takes up the
entire wall behind the stairs. The rest of the wall is clear.
The installed windows are without trim or molding. Various cracks are visible where the wood
has dried out and split. It is indicative of all the window frames. There is evidence of some water
damage around the bottom window closest to the door and the middle window on the right-hand
side. The sheetrock is in good condition. Between the top of the door and the window to the left
of the door, (looking south) in-between that window and the middle window on top of the frame,
there is a sheetrock crack that has been patched.
At the southeast comer, at the wall ceiling joint, the sheetrock curves or sags. But no cracks are
visible.
