W alcher
Executive Director
Michael B. Long
Division Director
This letter is being written to address the Designated Mining Operation (DMO) status of your Division of
Minerals and Geology (DMG) 110 reclamation permit, Permit No. #M-83-141, Cash Who Do Mine.
Upon review of the site conditions and current permit, it was found that given the conditions at the site
(graded to drain, with most runoff diverted away from the exposed slopes) and with no further mining
operations planned, the Cash Who Do Mine is not believed to comply with the definition of a DMO under
Hazd Rock Rule 1.1(14) at this time. DMG will continue to evaluate the site, and should operations re-
commence at this site, we may reconsider this determination.
Le you have any further questions, please fee! free to contact me at (303) 866-3567.
Sincere//// -
~~ ~ 4/~~i
((((//// ~I / L
H.
