Please check one below n remm this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirement to nee the DMG document Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Futuro use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase mwt be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a t~ or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thera needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documema. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewers' or "Palm" and they do not work with QttickView. The hnaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has decetmined that a program called "LfanV iew", which cau be downloaded from hfanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrtanView", it needs to be configured as yom default .rif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's rbsponaibility. Them are many other programs drat work ae well, such u "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Iostructlops• 1. Insert the CD into your cemputer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the wmputer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickV iew Autorun, wMch tuna the QttickViaw setup program, has also been copied to this CD. if the Aucetun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing /ZnickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.atace.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed In the receptlon area of rho DMG ofliee or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase tort coven the tlme and labor of making the CD. DMG cannot provide computer related support.
