The current production is about 600,000 tons <br />and about 85 employees work at the mine. <br />Colorado MLRD approved the WECC application on July 12, 1989 <br />(Technical Revision No. 55), under the Colorado State <br />program and the Colorado cooperative agreement (30 CFR <br />906.30). Colorado MLRD did not require any special <br />conditions of approval to ensure compliance with the <br />Colorado State program. <br />C.
