The Division has begun the reviewing the additional data. DMG <br />staff has requested some additional time to complete the review and submit written comments. The additional <br />time of review will allow the Division time to make a formal written determination prior to any decision of <br />withdrawing its initial finding or preparing for the Formal Public Hearing <br />Therefore, staff has re-scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing will be held in Room 318, 1313 Sherman Street. Denver. <br />Colorado, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 11"' and 12`h, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter can be considered.
