However, 2 needed to respond to Mr. <br />Rollings report because he indicates there was a technical <br />violation of SMCRA at the Sanborn Creek Mine. In contrast, DMG <br />Inspector David Berry indicates that "the permit boundary and <br />entrance areas were effectively posted....~~ I don't know what <br />"effectively posted" means, but he did not say this was a <br />violation. <br />Again, I await your response to this issue and thank you in <br />advance for your efforts. <br />Sire <br />Dennis Short <br /> <br />
