<br />~J <br />' East Wall -There is a framed window with wood trim. The wall is wall papered. There is a <br />baseboard heater at the base of the wall. At the south end of the heater, there is a 1/16" <br />separation from the wall. <br />North Wall -The commode and shower/bath tub are located on the wall. The walls are wall <br />papered. At the back of the commode, there is some bubbling of the wall paper and the seams in <br />the wall paper are visible. The bath tub/shower area, is tiled from the beginning of the bath tub up <br />about 3/4 of the wall, then wall papered. There is some shrinkage of the caulking, or <br />discoloration of the caulking around the top of the bath tub where the bath tub meets the tile. The <br />closet opening on this wall is framed with wood trim. There is some separation of the wood trim <br />from the wall on both the east and west side. The wall paper is bubbling and the seams of the wall <br />paper are visible. The ceiling around the bath tub area contains some bubbling of the paint or <br />sheetrock. The same bubbling in the paint or sheetrock occurs in the southwest corner extending <br />' about half way down the south wall, going from west to east. At the wall partition at the east side <br />of the bath tub, the same bubbling of the paint or sheetrock is present. <br />' Floor -The floor is clear. <br />' Hallway (Going West out of the Main Hallway <br />The walls are sheetrocked and painted. The floors are vinyl. The ceiling is sheetrocked, painted <br />and textured. <br />South Wall -Evidence of previous repair in the taped seam of the sheetrock. The outlet has <br />separated from the wall with visible paint shrinkage cracks. The door frame going downstairs <br />contains paint shrinkage cracks between the trim and the wall. <br />West Wall -Door frame leading outside has wood trim. The northwest corner of the wail <br />contains evidence of previous repair. There is a different texture of the sheetrock at the ceiling <br />' joint to about 1' down along the trim on the door. <br />North Wall -The base board heater is separated about 1/8" from the wall starting at the west side <br />' going to the east. There is a double door closet on this wall. On the west-most trim of this door, <br />it is separating from the wall. <br />' Floor -The floor is vinyl and is clear. <br />' Ceiling -The ceiling is clear. <br />Northeast Bedroom <br />Walls are wall papered. Ceiling is sheetrocked, textured and painted. Floor is carpeted. <br />
