June 15, 1998 <br />TRAPPER MINING INC. <br />KINDER RESIDENCE <br />6275 MOFFAT COUNTY RD 33 <br />CRAIG, COLORADO <br />MAY 19,1998 <br />Puraose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Kinder residence at <br />6275 Moffat County Rd 33, Craig, Colorado. <br />Descriation <br />Present at the inspection were Drs. Kinder (owners and occupants) and Ben Carroll (Vibra-Tech <br />Engineers). The home was built in 1979. The two story home is covered with composite siding <br />and has a metal roof. The drainage is to the northeast and appeazs adequate. The inspection <br />consisted of an examination of the residential exterior and interior. Photos were taken to <br />document exterior deformities while a taped voice description was utilized for the interior <br />inspection. The transcript of the interior inspection is included in the "Interior Inspection of the <br />Residence" section of this report. <br />Procedure <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of inspection <br />due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owners, or the passage <br />of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at the time of inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures that <br />were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No inspection was made <br />in azeas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any azea which required dismantling, removal or <br />movement of any object. <br />II <br />II <br />
