Kinder Residence <br />6275 Moffat County Rd. 33 <br />Craig, Colorado <br />2-story composite sided home with a metal roof. <br />Exterior Inspection <br />Photo #1) Identification photo from the northeast. <br />Photo #2) Northeast corner of the garage -cracks and dents in the siding. <br />Photo #3) Carport roof addition -paint shrinkage cracks at northeast corner along the wood and <br />the connection with the house. <br />Photos #4-5) North side of the garage frame -paint shrinkage cracks and caulking cracks. <br />Photos #6-10) Above garage doors, going from the north to the south -shrinkage cracks in the <br />siding paint and caulking. <br />Photo # 11) North-most gazage door - sepazations of the gazage door from the garage door frame. <br />Photo #12) Just south of the south-most gazage door -separation of the brick facade from the <br />house. <br />Photo #13) Retaining wall south of south-most garage door -typical concrete cracking with loose <br />and falling rocks. <br />Photo #14) Awning on east side of residence above the carport -the awning stops midway. <br />Photo #15) Carport -typical water damage on the carport. <br />Photo #16) East side window, south of garage door -the rock facade that was shown in picture <br />#12; cracking of the mortar and evidence of water damage. <br />Photos #17-18) Front door entryway - sepaaation and cracking in the wood with paint shrinkage. <br />
