However, there is sediment plugging the culvert further in. <br />The following steps will be taken to correct this situation: <br />1. Culvert will be taken out. <br />2. Culvert will be replaced at a steeper grade. <br />The above steps should eliminate the problems associated with the <br />dropping of sediment loads. Work will commence shortly. <br />Waste Disposal <br />At this time, coal and non-coal wastes will not be separated or dumped <br />in our designated waste disposal area by CWI. Rather CWI proposes to <br />sell this material or haul to the Delta County Landfill. Jim Herron <br />has informed me of the potential need to permit the latter case.
