The hearine will be held in Room 318. 13 ] 3 Sherman <br />Street, Denver. Colorado, beeinnine at 10:00 a.m. on June 1411' ~15a', 2006 commencing at 10:00 a.m. or <br />as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. Please note this hearing is to establish the merit of <br />the appeal and not to settle the issue under consideration. If the Board decides to hear the Appeal, the <br />Board will set the date for full consideration at a future Board Hearing.
