Akers, <br />[ am recently in receipt of your letter of January 25, 2001 to Rocky Mountain Materials & <br />Asphalt ("RMIv[A") which enclosed a copy of the inspection report prepared following you <br />inspection of Red Canyon Quarry ("RCQ") on i~tay 22, 2000. <br />You've requested a summary of the corrective actions which have been implemented, and <br />below is such a summary dealing with corrections which hace been implemented both <br />before and after the May 22, 2000 inspection, as well as since receipt of your January 25, <br />2001 letter. <br />You also indicated in your letter of January 25, 2001 that in inspection report was being <br />reviewed and that further follow-up action might be required.
