The <br />climatology section can be found on page 2-51 of Volume 1 of the <br />application, and copies of the emissions permits can be found on pages <br />4-38a through f of Volume 1. The operation is in compliance. <br />Topsoil (2.04.9, 2.05.3(5), 2.05.4(2)(d), 4.06) <br />The topsoil management plan and soils resource information sections of <br />the application have been reviewed by the Division for compliance. The <br />soils resource information section can be found in Volume 1, page 2-153 <br />of the application, and the topsoil management plan can be found on <br />page 4-4 of Volume 1. The operation is in compliance. <br />Vegetation (2.04.10, 2.05.4(2)(e), 4.15) <br />The revegetation plan and baseline vegetation information sections of <br />the application have been reviewed by the Division for compliance. The <br />baseline vegetation information section can be found on page 2-15 of <br />Volume 1 of the application, and the revegetation plan can be found on <br />page 4-11 of Volume 1. With the acceptance by WECC of the following <br />stipulations, the operation is in compliance. <br />The inclusion of such competitive species as pubescent wheatgrass and <br />orchard grass in the proposed temporary seed mix makes the following <br />stipulation necessary to guard against an excessively large supply of <br />these species seeds on the topsoil stockpiles. Problems with <br />establishment of the grass, fortis, and especially shrubs in the <br />permanent seed mix are lessened by severely limiting the seed reserves <br />of these competitive, introduced species in seedbed material. <br /> <br />b~_ <br />.Y.. <br />_ S <br />
