Dept. of Natural Reso!~rce~ <br />In response to Jim Pendleton's suggestions for additions to Colorado <br />Westmoreland Inc.'s (CWI) proposed subsidence report format of May 14, <br />1982, CWI is adding the following items. <br />i. CWI will prepare cross-sections along the monument section lines <br />above the 8E5N Panel. <br />2. A map of the workings within the potential angle of draw and <br />adjacent mine areas will also be included. This map will also <br />indicate the locations of the subsidence monuments and any <br />surface evidence of subsidence observed during inspections. <br />3. Two additional information columns have been added to the moni- <br />toring station data sheet (attached) to include the horizontal <br />change in the northerly and easterly coordinates. <br />4. Any inflow of water into the mine workings will be measured and <br />recorded pursuant to Stipulation #21 attached to C-038-81. <br />A semi-annual report of the subsidence monitoring data will be com- <br />piled and correlated for submission to the Division. This report shall <br />include all information set forth in this letter and the May 14, 1982, <br />letter.
