The purpose of the Cooperative Agreement is to reclaim the New Pryor reclamation site. Activities will include basic surveying, geotechnical investigations, design, bid advertisement and award, construction, inspection and maintenance during the first year following completion of the cooperative agreement. Reclamation activities will eliminate the dangerous highwall and correct the severe ,~ erosion and failing vegetation at the site. During the reporting period of July, August and September, 1991, the Division completed! the grading aspect of the New Pryor Project. The operator mobilized on June 20, 1991 and demobilized on July 22, 1991.
