Today may find us again playing "phone tag", so <br />I thought I'd better get this out by FAX. My concern is <br />this: We are anxious to get on with production, but I will <br />change my plans to comply with your wishes to delay the <br />hearing for thirty days. <br />My real concern is how this effects the Cease and Desist <br />Order. The timing for addressing the items of possible <br />violation is thirty days. Will this effect our Request For <br />Reconsideration, and the decision on penalties, if any. <br />Please send me something in writing that indicates whether or <br />not these matters will be tolled until the next hearing date. <br />I would also appreciate your remarks about the exact nature <br />of the additional items of concern and what are your <br />recommendations for correction. <br />If view of this delay, it doesn't seem necessary to meet on <br />Monday the 20th.
