The submittal ooserves that the rock comprising the ungraded
high spot near the ooundary of areas 9 and 19d has been blasted and is
relatively permeable. The company further observes that observations
during this spring's snowmelt have ascertained that no appreciable
pondiny has occurred above the obstruction.
I recommend that we except this demonstration, in light of Colony's
commitment within the supplemental submittal ..to insure that this
blasted rock continues to act as a 'French Drain' during this interum
site plan.". We should confirm its operation during our periodic site
inspections.
/ep
cc: Joe ZalKind
Doc.
