Greenberg, hereby requests permission to appear Pro <br />Hac Vice in the subject case. <br />1. Petitioner states under penalty of perjury that she is a member of good <br />standing of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth <br />Circuit, and the State of Colorado. Petitioner is anon-resident of Utah. <br />2. Petitioner represented Lincoln National Corporation, and related entities, <br />entered an appearance and was admitted Pro Hac Vice by this Court while she was a lawyer at the <br />law firm of Sherman & Howard, in Denver, Colorado. <br />3. Pursuant to the Case Management Order entered in this case on March 7, <br />1991, the Court has waived the requirement of Local Rule 1(c) that the Petitioner associate <br />with an active resident member of the bar of this Court. Accordingly, Petitioner has not <br />associated with local counsel in this matter. <br />
