MOTION FOR ADMISSION PRO HAC VICE
Petitioner, Elizabeth J. Greenberg, hereby requests permission to appear Pro
Hac Vice in the subject case.
1. Petitioner states under penalty of perjury that she is a member of good
standing of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth
Circuit, and the State of Colorado. Petitioner is anon-resident of Utah.
2. Petitioner represented Lincoln National Corporation, and related entities,
entered an appearance and was admitted Pro Hac Vice by this Court while she was a lawyer at the
law firm of Sherman & Howard, in Denver, Colorado.
3. Pursuant to the Case Management Order entered in this case on March 7,
1991, the Court has waived the requirement of Local Rule 1(c) that the Petitioner associate
with an active resident member of the bar of this Court. Accordingly, Petitioner has not
associated with local counsel in this matter.
