<br />Public Notice of Permit Renewal and Name
<br />Cyprus Empire Corporation, formerly Empire Energy Corporation, Eagle
<br />Mines, P.O. Box 68, Craig, Colorado, 81626, Phone (303) 824-8246, has
<br />filed with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, an application
<br />for a technical revision (TR) Permit C-81-044. Mining Permit C-81-044 was
<br />approved by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board June 1987.
<br />The Technical Revision addresses the responses to Stipulations 1, 2, 5 and
<br />6 of the presently approved Mining Permit No. C-81-044. There are no
<br />extensions of the permit area or new activity within the permit area
<br />associated with this Technical Revision.
<br />The area in question is a parcel of land located in portions of T6N,
<br />R91W; T6N, R92W; and T5N, R92W and TSN, R91W of the Colorado 6th
<br />Prime Meridian. More specifically described as follows:
