I was
kicked off the Lily Mine site in March of 1992 by Joe Lionelle
and Wagner Equipment Co. In A ril 1992 , 2 signed transfer
papers transferring the permi~over to Joe Lionelle's company,
Lily Corporation. When I recently checked on this, the transfer
papers had still not been filed with your office.
I understand that Lionelle may be in violation of the
permit for conducting mining activities after October 1, 1992. I
am not in a position to .monitor compliance with the permit since
I cannot even drive onto the site without being ordered to leave
by Lionelle's employees. Obviously, it is more than distressing
to have potential financial exposure on a permit for a site which
I am not even allowed to visit.
Your assistance in forcing Joe Lionelle and Wagner
Equipment t4 process the permit transfer papers to get the permit
out of my name would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
~~~
FRED LOWRY L~~
