Since Colorado is a primacy state the <br />information DRMS provides to the AVS system must be updated and or corrected by <br />DRMS, if a review is requested and information provided. <br />Cunently DBMS shows that Westmoreland Coal Company as a "shareholder" in <br />the Basin Resources, Inc. pemut.
