I take sharp issue with what appears to be an effort to
cover up the facts in this matter.
1. All piping to the boiler system is open to plain view and no
evidence of any leak appears. Since this is a single pipe radiator system
the relief valves put off water at several radiators and this explains t}re
need to replenish water in the boiler. All of this speculation of a leak
is conclusively put to rest by the fact that this house is on city water
and no evidence of any leak is reflected in the meter reading or water
pressure in the house.
2. Your observation that the drain line out-fall is somehow at fault
is also not correct. This pipe exits the basement and goes down-slope to
a lower hayfield that is at least 10 ft. lower than the sump pit where a
buried leach line puts the water into the soil down-slope and away from
the house. Where did you come up with these inaccurate or untruthful
observations about this line?
DAMAGE TO ADOBE STRUCTURE
1. No evidence exists that any surface water ponding exists around
l.lie entire building perimeter as you state. The lawn that .surrounds flip
house doesn't bear out this statement.
This house is in the Alluv.i.al Valley of the PuryaCorie River and
