The AVS indicates a link between owners of Landmark Reclamation, Inc.
and outstanding civil penalties issued to coal mines in Oklahoma in 1982.
This permit condition shall require:
Rimrock Coal Company, Landmark Reclamation, Inc., or other persons responsible,
shall pay by August 17, 1995, outstanding civil penalties identified in the Applicant
Violator System, or demonstrate prior to August 17, 1995 that Landmark
Reclamation, Inc. and Rimrock Coal Company are not linked to the entity in
Oklahoma responsible for payment or did not have control of the mines in Oklahoma
at the time the violations were issued.
Failure to comply with this permit condition will result in a violation of requirements of the
permit. Please call me should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
/' ~~ ~ ~
Janet I~Binns
~nviro ental Protection Specialist
c: \jhb\C89074\cond.OK
cc: Dan Hernandez, DMG
Mr. Thomas Ehmett, OSM-AFO
