Digpllte Resolution <br />a. The laws governing this Agreement shall be the applicable <br />laws of the State of Colorado. <br />b. In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties, the <br />dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration before the American <br />Arbitration Association, Denver, Colorado. The dispute shall be heard <br />before athree-person panel where two of the arbiters shall be tech- <br />nically qualiSed as experienced is mineral ore milling operations and <br />processes. The arbitration shall be in accordance with the rules <br />governing commercial arbitration. <br />c. The award of the arbitrators shaII be final and binding upon <br />the parties, which award may be registered under the laws of the state <br />having applicable jurisdiction and may be enforceable according to the <br />laws of the stag haviorg jurisdiction over the party against whom the <br />sward is reordered. <br />d. In the event a dispute shall arise between the parties, and it <br />shall be arbitrated as provided herein, the prevailing party, in addition <br />to the award made and all other remedies, shall be entitled to recover <br />16 <br />
