This report is an updated <br />version of our report to L.G. Everist, Inc. dated April 6, 1988. This <br />report includes revised estimates of water demand for the mine based on <br />additional analyses by WWE and reoent information provided by you regarding <br />the likely mine operation. <br />Our study includes the following: <br />o Estimates of water requirements for the proposed mine. <br />o Summary of the characteristics and historic consumptive use of the <br />Lone Tree Poultry water right which can be used to replace <br />depletions from the mine. <br />o Outline of the recommended water system and temporary substitute <br />supply plan for the mine. <br />Our report of Aprll 6, 1988 to you includes further discussion of the <br />proposed operation, regional hydrology, and water rights considerations in <br />the Upper Lone Tree Creek basin as related to the mine. The current report <br />finalizes our evaluation and recommendations for the project. <br />In addition to a field inspection of the proposed mine site on April 4, <br />1988, we have relied upon interviews with the following individuals <br />particularly knowledgeable on water ,resources and water rights in the <br />project area for our evaluation: <br /> <br />o Mr. Robert Samples, District One (Division One) Water Commissioner <br />
