The reclamation methods <br />described in Section 4.5.2. will be used to revegetate disturbances within the <br />riparian buffer zone with the following exceptions: <br />1. All disturbances outside the present riparian vegetation community <br />will be reclaimed as shrub clusters where site conditions permit. If <br />site conditions preclude shrub cluster vegetation the regulatory <br />authority will be consulted to assist in the development of a <br />mutually agreeable reclamation alternative. <br />2.
