This appeal affected lease modifications C-1362 and <br />COC-56447. <br />Since that time, WSERC has entered into an agreement with MCC that deals with, among other issues, <br />the lease modification appeal. On September 13's, WSERC and the other parties formally requested that <br />the lease modification appeal be withdrawn.
