Box 70 <br />Loma, Colorado 81524 <br />RE: East Salt Creek Cumulative Hydrologic Impact Statement <br />Dear Mr. Walters: <br />Enclosed please find a copy of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division's <br />"East Salt Creek Cumulative Hydrologic Impact Statement" as referenced in the <br />January 29, 1992 Finding of Compliance document. The April 16, 1985 Findings <br />document contains this cumulative hydrologic impact information too. <br />As a result of our discussion on February 21, 1992 the following revision have <br />been made to the January 1992 Findings document: On page 10 paragraph 1 the <br />referenced figure has been corrected to Figure 2.2-3, paragraph 2 reflects an <br />ephemeral stream draining less than one square mile. Page 11 paragraph 1, the <br />reference to surface water monitoring of Munger Canyon has been eliminated <br />since this falls within the scope of the Munger Canyon permit.
