This mining plan <br />action relates to Federal lands associated with the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology's <br />Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for Permit Revision No. 4 for your mine and <br />• approved on February 27, 2001. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the mining plan approval document and associated map for this new <br />mining plan. Please read the terms and conditions of the mining plan approval document <br />carefully.
