We find that with the stipulations on the federal <br />coal lease along with the mitigations BRL has committed to in the mine permit, revising the <br />permit will not interfere with the planned land uses on the national forest lands in the area. <br />• <br />For your infornation, a copy of the GMUG's concurrence letter to the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology is attached.
