Apparently <br />you are the new owner of the Southpointe PIa7a shopping center property at the corner of <br />Drennan Road and Academy Boulevard. At least that is what the EI Paso County Assessor <br />Office records currently show. As the new owner of this property, if.that is correct, you are <br />entitled to a period during which you can comment on the proposed amendment to the <br />operation to the south of your property. Please read the enclosed publication and the letter to <br />Sun Savings regarding this amendment. You will note that the period for filing of comments <br />has passed, having ended on September 17, 1992. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology informed us that renotification was not actually <br />necessary, but Transit Mix could voluntarily allow some additional time. We are therefore <br />offering you a period of 20 days from the date you receive this certified letter to comment, if <br />you so desire. Please follow the instructions in the publication for filing comments.
