The report
indicated that the Colorado Department of Health (CDH) would be
contacted and the Division would notify Telluride Gravel of it's
findings.
CDH indicated that a facility which has imported waste from off-
_ site may be required to obtain a Certificate of Designation under
~ the Solid Waste Disposal Facilities Act or remove the waste and
dispose of it at an approved solid waste disposal facility.
The Division recommends that Telluride Gravel contact Ron Forlina
with the Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division of CDH,
4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80222-1530, Phone
No. (303) 692-3439 to discuss its options in this matter.
If you have questions or are in need of additional information,
please contact me at the purango Field Office, 1474 Main Avenue,
Room 223, Durango, Colorado 81301, phone no.
