This temporary access improvement to Colorado i-~g`°a:sav 145 is <br />being requested to allow PacifiCorp to complete remediation wnrlc at the SiIverBe- T.tiliag <br />Impoundment owned by Mr. Lee Wynne. This rer~ediation work is being completed per the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Enviroa~nt Voluntary C7eannp Progrrm <br />To complete the remediation cover material will need to be imvoned foz the tailing impoundment. <br />It is anticipated that 10-wheel dump trucks will be used to haul this covet r_~aterial. -gppro~uately <br />6C taps per day w-ill be cotpleted with each truck having a loaded gross vehicle wei,ht of <br />approximately 48,000 pounds. In addition, approxitrnte!y 15 light vehicles will access the site on a <br />daily basis. The overall project duration is about 12 weeks, with the hauling of material being <br />completed over about 6 weeks during the Inter stages of the project. <br />The attached traffic control plan depicts the c~affic controls chat will be in place during the hauling <br />of material to the site:. For the remainder of the project signage will be used to as trtffic control. <br />17t: the attached trap, the properly owned by Lee Wynne that will require the temporary access is <br />shown highlighted in j2llow, with the access route from Iitghwav :4~ to the property highlighted <br />in green. This map contaizts additiettal information not relevant to this oermtt; howrver, stnce this <br />mapping was available froxn the CI.S.
