This is a 7.638 acre 110 mining and reclamation permit
which is held by two co-permittees. The listed co-permittees are
Colina Oro Molino, Inc. (COM, Inc.), and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc.
(Mi Vida). The co-permittees representative can be contacted using
the following information:
Mrs. Gwen Fraser Mr. Mark Steen
Colina Oro Molino, Inc. Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc.
P. O. Box 80905 P. O. Box 1523
Seattle, WA 98108 Longmont, CO 80502
(206)-932-1800 (303)-651-2985
The permit area covers the Gold Hill Mill, the Cash Mine and the
Who Do Mine as well as the connecting roads and lined tailings
impoundment. The permit was originally intended to process ore
from the dumps of the Cash and Who Do mines and several other dumps
closely located to the mill. The permit stipulates that the mill
will process only gold-silver telluride ore, and various
combinations of gold-silver-lead-zinc-copper sulfides.
On September 28, 1992 the Division approved a technical revision to
the permit which allowed the co-permittees to process other ores at
the site as long as they met the following conditions of approval:
1. All ore must originate from sites that have a valid Mined Land
Reclamation permit in the name of COM, Inc. and/or its affiliates
and/or Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. Affiliates must be specified and
approved by the Division prior to submitting ore characterizations
from those affiliate properties to the Division. Milling of any
ores from sites not permitted by COM, Inc. and its affiliates
and/or Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. will be considered custom milling
1~
STATE OF COLORADO
