On October 10, 1995 an AVS check was conducted for Mine #3 (C-84-062). The
System recommendation was DENY. The violations are the same from the previous
decision check conducted on August 23, 1995. It will probably be overturned to
Conditional issue by the AVS/OSM office as done on August 25, 1995. I will give
you the OSM recommendation within a few days. If the recommendation is
overturned to Conditional Issue, a stipulation moat be added to the permit.
