Colorado 80203 RE: PERMIT C-84-062: PERMIT RENEWAL (RN-0~: ADEQUACY RESPONSES Dear Mr. Gorham: Pursuant to our last conversation regarding Permit Renewal 02 for Permit No. C-84-062, Colorado Yampa Coal Company (CYCC) is submitting the following information. This submittal is intended to clarify the status of adequacy issues initially raised in three (3) separate letters from you to CYCC (June 20, 1994; June 27, 1994; July 12, 1994). Each adequacy item response is presented in the order received and cross-referenced to your letters. In some instances, responses were provided earlier and in these cases the date and content of the response is simply referenced. June 20. 1994: General: Comment 1.) The header is missing on the table on page 2.03-21. Response 1.) A revised copy of page 2.03-21 including the noted header information was submitted to the Division with a response letter from CYCC to the Division dated September 22, 1994. The corrected copy of page 2.03-21 showed a revised date of 8/24/94. A revised copy of page 2.03-22 showing the same revised date was also submitted at this time due to formatting changes caused by the above noted addition of header information. Comment 2.) No addresses were given for the companies listed in response to Rule 2.03.4 (4) (a), beginning on page 2.03-34. Response 2.) Revised pages 2.03-34 through 2.03-53 showing addresses of listed companies were submitted to the Division under the 9122/94 cover referenced above. All revised pages showed revision dates of either 8/23/94 or 8/24/94.
