The Division received a letter <br />from the Division of Wildlife granting approval to extend the <br />drilling period deadline to December 15, 1992. The Division of <br />Wildlife did not foresee any negative impacts to the wildlife <br />resources as a result of the extended drilling period. Hased on <br />the letter from the Division of Wildlife, the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology will extend the deadline to December 15, 1992 for <br />Notice of Intent X-92-213-00. The special conditions of the NOI <br />are to conduct exploration activity between October 2nd through <br />December 15 and/or April 1st through August 14th to minimize the <br />impacts on wildlife.
