The review memo is based on modeling reports and <br />supplemental information submitted by Cotter Corporation to the Division through February 8`h, 2006. <br />Also, Staffhas received the Energy Minerals Law Center request for additional documents through the Attorney <br />General's Office. Denver staff will be contacting the Center to arrange for the forwarding of those documents in <br />the next few days. The Denver Office has capabilities to copy permit documents on to several formats that the <br />field offices do not. <br />If you need additional information, please contact Cheryl Linden of the Attorney General's Office at 303-866- <br />5127.
