Dear Mr. Stills:
As requested, please find enclosed letters and the staff review memo for the above referenced sites concerning the
DMO findings of the Division of Minerals and Geology. The review memo is based on modeling reports and
supplemental information submitted by Cotter Corporation to the Division through February 8`h, 2006.
Also, Staffhas received the Energy Minerals Law Center request for additional documents through the Attorney
General's Office. Denver staff will be contacting the Center to arrange for the forwarding of those documents in
the next few days. The Denver Office has capabilities to copy permit documents on to several formats that the
field offices do not.
