Environmental Justice <br />Environmen[aljustice is evaluated by considering the demographics ofthe project area, and by <br />determining whether minority and/or low income populations would be disproportionately <br />adversely impacted by the proposed action. Invasive, Non-native Species <br />Prevention, eazly detection, control and eradication of small noxious weed patches remaiq the <br />most practical, economical and effective means of weed management. Weeds will be treated on <br />an as needed basis.
