Environmental Justice <br />Environmen[aljustice is evaluated by considering the demographics ofthe project area, and by <br />determining whether minority and/or low income populations would be disproportionately <br />adversely impacted by the proposed action. As the proposed action is not expected to have a <br />significant impact on the environment, and there are no minority or low income populations <br />residing in the project azea, environmental justice is not an issue. <br />No Indian Trust Assets (ITA) are known to occur in the proposed modification area nor would <br />any be affected by development of the proposed action. <br />Signature of specialist: Loren Wickstrom 11-3-99 <br />• 14. Invasive, Non-native Species <br />Prevention, eazly detection, control and eradication of small noxious weed patches remaiq the <br />most practical, economical and effective means of weed management.
