Banta. <br />Division Director <br />Attached is the Division's mid-term review for the Blue Ribbon Mine, <br />Permit No. C-81-047. The review is in fulfillment of Rules 2.08.3 and <br />3.02.2(4). <br />This mid-term review primarily consisted of reviewing the permit application, <br />the Findings Document, stipulation responses, revisions and any supplemental <br />information as well as information from past field inspection reports. The <br />main purpose of the review was to identify any areas of the permit application <br />or the operation that will need to be revised or modified to maintain <br />compliance throughout the remaining 2 1/Z years of the permit term. <br />The attached document contains our mitt-term review, a summary of the status of <br />stipulations, and results of the performance bond review. <br />At this time a revision to the permit will be needed. The Division is <br />requesting that MINREC, INC. submit appropriate responses and a revision <br />application to the Division by October 1, 1990.
