Long <br />and ~'iilYt4 Direuor <br />The Division received Hamilton Mine's Firs[ Quarter ] 999 sediment pond inspection reports and the Dep[. of <br />Health's NPDES discharge reports on April 5, 1999. The NPDES reports have been prepared in compliance <br />with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii). No values exceeded the permit limitations and no problems were noted with [his <br />report.
