O'Connor ~~'~~fv~D
hlined Land Reclamation Division SEP 1`~7~83
1313 Sherman Street, Room 423
Denver, Colorado 80203
Dear 117r. O'Connor: MINED LAND RECLAMATION DIVISION
Cot0. Dept. of Natural Resources
Re: Robinson Brick Company
Chieftain South 61ine
MLRB No 81-148
We are in receipt of a new complete letter and do not quite
understand why it was sent. The application we have corrected to
comply with requirements of the City of Lakewood in order to get
their compliance letter is the application No. 81-148 continued
from September 23, 1981. The complete letter on the application
is dated July 14, 1981, certified mail receipts were submitted on
July 27, 1981 and proof of publication on August 19, 1981. A
number of adequacy items have been dealt with, there may now be
more since we have had to make corrections to comply with the City
of Lakewood. We see no reason why this can not be completed and
before the Board at the September hearing. We expect it will be an
N.P. permit.
We discussed this item in some detail with Joe Zalkind before
making the corrections. Perhaps he could clarify the problem.
Please advise us as soon as possible of the Division's position.
Sincerely,
r / C Z~~G'~^'~
Larry E. O'Erian
