Please review the document carefully and respond to requests for revisions contained in Section <br />III of the document within the allotted timeframes. <br />The mid-term review consists primarily of reviewing the permit application, the findings docuuent, field <br />inspection reports, recent revisions, the reclamation cost estimate, and the bonding document. The main <br />purpose of this review is to identify any azeas of operations or permitting that may be out of compliance with <br />the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act. <br />A technical revision responding to requests contained within Section III of the document should be submitted <br />within 60 days of receipt of this letter. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regazding this mid-term review. <br />Sinc'I:re~ ~~ <br />Dan T.
