Please respond at <br />your earliest convenience. <br />c-sl-o71 <br />1.) Pond/Riprap Technical Revision <br />This matter was addressed in the Technical Revision 20 application. On <br />May 18, 1989, CYCC withdrew the application and committed to submitting a <br />new revision within 6 weeks of that date. More than a year has passed <br />since the original submittal date: therefore, this matter must receive <br />priority attention. Please indicate your plans to resolve the pending <br />issues. If an adequate submittal is not received by t4arch 10, 1990, the <br />Division will initiate a detailed review of the existino certification <br />documents and field conditions in comparison to the requirements of the <br />Rules and Regulations. <br />2.) 1986 Annual Hydrology Report <br />On November 30, 1989, the Division sent a review of the 1988 AHR. Please <br />indicate your plans to respond to the review. <br />3.) Walkback Technical Revision <br />It is our understanding that your response to our adequacy is forthcoming. <br />4.) Midterm P.eview <br />The Division will initiate the Midterm Review this spring, (due date: <br />June 14, 1940). <br />
