Both the identities and legal description referenced in the deed are consistent with the pertnd. Also, find a signed date stamped verification of not cation to the Weld County Commissioners. For reference, my version of the Division Rules and Regulations part 4.16, as follows, do not reference the need for the above stated notfication. My recollection is that this rule was included in previous version of the Division's Rules and may be an error the Division may desire to verify and coned. Regardless, out of respect for the concern expressed in your correspondence, the not'fiiption was performed. I trust this concludes the information necessary for the Division to execute the request of 3 December 2001 of Vana Companies, Inc.
