Evaluation: <br />These pits (5 & 6) of the Grassy Gap mine have not been <br />reclaimed to a strict adherence to the original contour but can <br />be considered stable. <br />F. Assignee signature/Surnames <br />The spoil backslope on the north slopes of the eastern <br />section Qf pit 5 has a slope of 24 degrees, this is <br />approximately the angle of repose for the area as the <br />virgin outslope of pit 6 is approximately 22 degrees. <br />The Pit 5 spoil has been in place 7 years and is stable <br />and revegetated.
