Longs recommendations <br />for stipulations No. 4, 5, and 6. The following narrative de- <br />scribes what is agreed to for each stipulation: <br />Stipulation #4 - "Within 90 days after permit issuance.Snow- <br />mass Coal must provide the Division with an acceptable success <br />criteria standard for shrub density at the mine site." <br />The following shrub density success criteria standard is <br />acceptable to Snowmass Coal Company: <br />Vegetation Type <br />Riparian Woodland <br />Mtn. In addition, no one species shall comprise <br />less than 3~ of the total cover or more than 40~ of the total cover. <br />
