Longs recommendations
for stipulations No. 4, 5, and 6. The following narrative de-
scribes what is agreed to for each stipulation:
Stipulation #4 - "Within 90 days after permit issuance.Snow-
mass Coal must provide the Division with an acceptable success
criteria standard for shrub density at the mine site."
The following shrub density success criteria standard is
acceptable to Snowmass Coal Company:
Vegetation Type
Riparian Woodland
Mtn. In addition, no one species shall comprise
less than 3~ of the total cover or more than 40~ of the total cover.
