<br />5 <br />The document should be revised to reflect the description of and <br />possible impacts to water resources resulting from mine <br />development in leases C-8424, C-8425, and C-0126669. <br />2. Tne surface water and groundwater monitoring plan should be <br />revised to accommodate detection of impacts resulting from the <br />present mining scenario, particularly: a) those which may result <br />from development in lease C-0126669, and b) those which result <br />from the increased size of the refuse disposal areas. <br />3.
