The Division doesn't have written confirmation
that the County would like a portion of the portal bench to remain as part of the final reclamation
plan. From our conversation he stated that he would like the portion of the bench to remain as a
safety bench to catch rock fall. He said that the County right of way for the Road is 60 feet wide. 1
told him that we may be asking him for a letter for our files confirming this.
